EBCON offers a complete basement design package to help you ensure that your basement meets Township Code, is built using best practices, and truly adds value to your home. Our Full Design Plan starts with a consultation that takes place in your home. This is your time to bring up questions & get a second opinion on your ideas. wE WILL ALWAYS USE THIS INPUT TO HELP IN GETTING STARTED ON designING a plan to fit your needs perfectly within your space and budget.

ERIC WILL CREATE a SET OF PLANS, TO SCALE. EBCON IS FAMILIAR WITH LOCAL AND NATIONAL BUILDING CODE, so YOUR PLANS WILL COMPLY. After your plans are shown to you, we will continue to work with you, at no extra cost, just to be sure the final plan is the one you are satisfied with. together, we will come up with the best plan, for you, based upon your desired uses for the space. Whatever your level of experience or expertise, EBCON can answer ALL your questions and fill in the gaps so you can have peace of mind while expanding the livable space in your home. ONE LAST BIT OF ADVICE, I HAVE DESIGNED & BUILT THESE SPACES INCORPORATING THEIR INHERENT MECHANICAL OBSTACLES FOR FOR OVER 30 YEARS. I WOULD NOT RETAIN THE DESIGN SERVICES OF ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT have first hand EXPERIENCE BUILDING OUT BASEMENT SPACES. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR EXPERIENCE AND HINDSIGHT. YOUR PROJECT'S FINAL LOOK DEPENDS ON IT.

Full Design Plan - Price range most often falls between $500-1,000. Eric will Work with you till you have no further requests to see more optional layouts. tHIS DESIGN FEE WILL BE CREDITED TOWARD YOUR OVERALL PROJECT COST IF YOU CHOSE TO HAVE US BUILD OUT YOUR PROJECT. THIS DESIGN PROCESS IS A must for a person serious about the final results of their project!

Includes phone & site consultation AND YOUR FINAL plans. Turnaround time is 2-6 weeks. (dependant upon our current backlog.) YOU ARE ENTERED INTO THE QUEUE ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE DESIGN RETAINER.
