Click for Free Consultation web form - Fill in as much information as possible so we know your preferences when we contact you. We will never share your information with anyone, for any reason.
- Eric’s call to you - Within a few days of filling out the web form, owner Eric Boyer will call you to set up a time to meet you in your home. We will use this time to gather information and make notes; you can use this time to ask any questions you have about the project.
- Site visit & free consultation - Eric will come to your home, view your basement, discuss at length your preferences, desires, and concerns, and at this time the general layout will be established. Eric will also take measurements in order to generate plans.
- Design & cost estimate - Once we have a preliminary design, we are able to quote the cost of construction and Eric will call you.
- Contract signing - Eric will come to your home to fully review the Contract, Exhibits, and Construction Clauses. Once your Contract is signed you will be placed onto the work schedule. Your 10% deposit reserves your starting position.
- Construction - Although our employees and a few subcontractor specialists may be involved in your build, Eric will always oversee and be your project manager.
- Completion - We’ll complete your job on time and on budget.
